Life Coaching

As a Life Coach I work with you to help you achieve your goals, overcome obstacles and make changes or shifts in your life. 
I work with you as a partner, knowing that you already have the answers to create the changes you seek.
Through specific strategies and skills, I will help you define yourself and create the life you envision. I can  help you focus, provide direction, challenge you, support you, motivate you and celebrate with you. I will help you create a plan, detail action steps and hold you accountable for following through by observing, listening deeply, asking empowering questions, challenging and motivating.
You will develop a plan to achieve your goals and you will be supported, inspired and motivated to see it through.

General Life Coaching -From self-improvement and development, to learning new skills, achieving goals and managing life-changing situations and personal challenges, this will enable you to understand yourself and develop your own solutions.  
Life Balance Coaching - Do you feel like you are constantly living on the edge and juggling your work and home life but getting nowhere fast? I can help you to regain equilibrium and put your life in perspective to restore the balance and harmony you need to lead a stress free life. 
Health Coaching - I will guide, support and mentor you as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of nutrition and health together to explore what truly works for you. 
Relationship Coaching - I will help you understand where you are in your relationship, identify where you want to be and provide you with the tools and support to get you there.
Weight Loss - I look at your goals, current lifestyle, body type, commitments, previous medical history, hormones. dietary preferences, your relationship to food, your knowledge and your time. I can help you regain your lost energy, give you structure, planning and accountability to implement a weight management plan. 
Fitness Goals -  Fitness is a platform that can improve all areas of your life. Having a fit and healthy body can drastically change your enjoyment of life. Imagine finally having the body you always wanted but never thought you could!

I work with all types of clients from people who are full of momentum and want to take life to the next level to people who are stuck and need a coach to nudge them in the right direction. 
I will work with you to clear all the limiting beliefs, self sabotage and procrastination that is stopping you from reaching your lifestyle, health & fitness goals. 
Self discipline, commitment, determination, and the ability to cope with challenges and pressure are just some of the skills that you will develop.
You will gain the confidence to achieve what you want in life.  You will have more energy and vitality. You will manage stress and anger, feel better about yourself, and get a better night’s sleep. You will feel a sense of happiness and fulfilment that you are living your best life. 

​Initial Consultation and evaluation $100. Please allow 1 1/2 hour for this first visit.

Follow up consultations $60 per session.
