Looking for that one fitness session to cover everything?
Then Pilates Plus is for you. Short interval exercising covering stretching, small weight lifting and cardio and all Pilates based so you really are getting the very best work out in one session.
Pricing For individual and Private Group Sessions:
Personalised Individual One on One sessions are available by appointment - $35 for 1/2hr - $60 for 1hr - sessions are tailored to suit your needs.
Private Group sessions are available, by appointment 2 people - $30 each, (3-6 people) - $20 each - Get a group of friends together to do Pilates or Pilates Plus.
