Walk and Talk Holistic Counselling
Sitting face to face with a therapist can often feel overwhelming. A Walk and Talk session gets you out in the fresh air, free from enclosed spaces and is beneficial for both your physical and mental health.
Stimulate your creative thought processes and strengthen your ability to have a more positive mental outlook. Bring your dog for a walk as well, if it feels right for you 🙂 These sessions are available weather permitting. Travel fees may apply. Standard and micro sessions available. Request an Appointment |
Online Session
Online Therapy sessions provide a solution if you have difficulties accessing the service you need.
If you live in a remote location or leaving the house is problematic due to a disability or family ties you can still get access to the help you need with an online session. Please note; an online therapy session isn't suitable for every situation or for everyone, but it does provide a valid therapeutic service for those who otherwise may not seek help or are unable to access help.
