Back to Basics Pilates Course
Wanting to start your Pilates journey and would like to know the basics so that you can get the most out of your workouts?
Maybe you have had a little break from Pilates and want to ease back into your routine?
This course is designed for anyone wanting to learn or improve their Pilates techniques.
Simple and easy to follow instructions. Clearly spoken and each and every move is broken down and explained so that you can very easily understand what to do.
The course is 6 sessions long and is delivered online via video. Each class runs for approx. 30 minutes. Purchasing this course gives you 3 months access to the 6 videos in which time you can watch, and put into practice, the content as often as you like.
Basic course structure:
- Pelvic floor activation, spinal positions and basic body positions
- Abdominals - Neutral spine - starter workout
- Abdominals - Imprinted spine - starter workout
- Side Lying exercises - Glutes, waist, inner thigh - starter workout
- Low intensity workout 1
- Low intensity workout 2
