Holistic Therapy Session
These sessions aim to help guide and assist you on your journey of self discovery and self healing, empowering you to take control of your own life.
This is a 1 hour session and can include many different mindfulness techniques or just a general session where you can unload in a judgement free, supportive environment.
All sessions are confidential.
Sessions are available from Monday to Friday either online or in person.
